1. Waiver & Release of Liability
I, the undersigned, voluntarily participate in the Pamutan Trailfest 2025, organized by the
Pamutan Trailfest team (“Organizers”). I acknowledge trail running’s inherent risks, including,
but not limited to, falls, extreme weather, wildlife encounters, dehydration, and limited medical
access. I assume full responsibility for my safety, release the Organizers, sponsors, landowners,
volunteers, and affiliates from liability, and agree to follow race rules and safety protocols.
2. Mandatory Gear & Safety Compliance
I agree to carry on race day the following mandatory items/gears: trail running shoes, attire,
1L hydration, charged mobile phone, whistle, valid ID, trail snacks, basic first aid, lightweight
rain jacket, headlamp (30km/50km), and adequate cash. Non-compliance may result in
disqualification.
3. Health Declaration
I confirm the above information is true and complete.

4. Medical Certificate
For 30K/50K: I will submit a valid medical certificate, issued by a licensed professional, dated
within 6 months prior August 16, 2025. Falsification may result in disqualification.
5. Media Consent
I allow Pamutan Trailfest to use my photos/videos for promotional purposes.
6. Data Privacy
I understand my personal and medical information will remain confidential, used only for
safety and coordination, and not shared or sold.
